Advanced Prefabs is a proudly Canadian family owned business serving Commercial Clients in Eastern Ontario since 1952. With an enviable reputation for expert advice and customer service that most companies can only dream of. Currently under the stewardship of President Andy Cotnam, Advanced Prefabs Ltd. was founded in 1952 by Clifton Cotnam and sold home kits from a display court on Richmond Road, Ottawa. Even then fireplaces played a key role resulting in the opening of Advanced Prefabs new location on Boyd Avenue, Ottawa in 1974.
